The customer required an alternative roof solution to make the conservatory more usable on winter and summer.
The solution offered uses a timber roof construction fixed to the existing roof ring beam. This roof space is ventilated and covered with lightweight tiles.

Insulation in place
Internal ceiling plastered and with spotlights.
Finished exterior, with new facias, over facia ventilation allowing the roof to breathe, guttering to match the existing house. New lead soakers and flashing.
